Self examination Christian style. I love it! Good book written by a Christian for Christians. I haven't ever come across this kind of thinking before, but it makes perfect sense. It's a good read that has you nodding in agreement all the way through. I feel much better off for having read this book and all for a few dollars. What's not to like?
Great book. Unusual to see these types of books aimed solely at Christians but I got a lot from this book. Worth every cent I spent on it.
This book really helped me understand why I react the way I do, instead of just feeling bad about it afterward. It explains self-awareness in a clear, grounded way that feels safe and very connected to faith, not self-obsessed or trendy. I liked how it brings psychology and Christianity together without making either feel complicated or intimidating. It gave me language for things I’ve always felt but couldn’t explain, and that alone brought some relief. I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to grow, especially if they’re tired of repeating the same patterns and don’t know where to start.
